Ammunition and Steel Target Policy
- No tracer, incendiary, armor piercing or steel jacketed or jacketed sabot slug ammunition allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a match disqualification (DQ)and financial liability for any damaged range material.
- Certain steel targets (identified by the stage procedure) may only be engaged with certain ammunition. Steel targets that are designated as non-rifle or non-slug targets shall not be engaged with rifle or slug ammunition. Violation of this rule will result in a stage disqualification and financial liability for any damaged steel target.
- If a competitors is found to be found to be financially liable for damages due to prohibited ammunition, they will not be permitted to participate in Pemi 3-Gun events until the financial obligation has been fulfilled.
- Magnets may be used to inspect ammo at any time while on the venue property. Participants found in violation of possessing/using ammo prohibited in section 3.4 will receive a match disqualification (DQ) and will not receive a refund. Do not bring prohibited ammo to the event.
